30-day money-back guarantee
BackflowPass is sold by Aaron Whitfield. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including a renewal charge — for any reason, including simply changing your mind. No explanation is required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt; or
- Email us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout, and we will ask Paddle to process the refund for you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle normally completes this within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.
Your test records are yours. Before or after cancelling you can still open your history and re-generate the PDF reports for the tests you have completed, and the free field tool remains available.
Other situations
If something has gone wrong outside the 30-day window — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a technical fault that stopped you using a paid feature — contact us at [email protected]. We look at these case by case and will generally put it right.
Payment, billing and refund handling is also covered by the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms.
